30 Minute Barbecued Ribs
2 lb. baby back ribs 1/2 cup Bull’s Eye Barbecue Sauce
CUT ribs into 2-rib pieces. Double recipe if necessary. Cook ribs according to one of the precook methods below. Heat barbecue to Medium. Brush ribs generously with BULL'S-EYE Barbecue Sauce. Grill for about 10 min or until sauce sets thickly. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
Precook methods: MICROWAVE: Place ribs in large microwavable bowl; add 1/2 cup water. Microwave on HIGH for 20 minutes then barbecue as above. SIMMERING: Place ribs in a large pot with lid. Cover with cold water; bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Drain, then barbecue as directed above. Perfect if you're cooking for a large group
