All-In One BBQ Pork Stir Fry

 

½ cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette signature dressing

2tbsp maple syrup                               1lb. pork tenderloin, sliced

2 celery, sliced                       2 onions, sliced

2 apples, sliced                      4 servings prepared minute rice

 

Combine dressing and maple syrup to make a stir-fry sauce.  Brown pork in a few spoonfuls of stir-fry sauce in a BBQ stir fry pan.  Add sliced vegetables and remaining sauce.  Stir fry over high heat for 5-10 minutes or until veggies are tender and meat is cooked.  Remove from heat.  Serve over rice.
