Deluxe Hash Browns

 

1 cup sour cream                                       1 cup grated cheddar cheese

284ml can cream of mushroom soup

4 cup frozen hash browns                    2 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp chopped onion                             ¼ cup parmesan cheese

 

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mushroom soup, butter, onion and cheddar cheese.  Fold in frozen hash browns.  Place in a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Bake at 350oF for 60 to 90 minutes or until hot and bubbly.  Huge favorite with family and friends.
