Vegetarian Flash Pan Dinner

1 onion chopped                            1 ½ cups mushrooms chopped

1 ½ cups broccoli chopped             Few handfuls Kraft Greek Shreds

½ cup Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano dressing

 

Pour a little Kraft Greek Dressing in a medium hot frying pan, add onion and cook until translucent.  Chop vegetables, starting with the longest cooking ones first (broccoli, peppers then mushrooms).  Add the broccoli to the pan, let cook while you chop the next, continue with each vegetable.  Season with remainder of dressing and top with Greek shreds.  Toss with prepared pasta or rice.
