
Barbecued Chicken Thighs
- 12 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup White vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Dried crushed chilies
- 1 tbsp. Granulated sugar
Pound chicken flat to even thickness.
Combine remaining 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Preheat gas Bar-B-Que to medium heat. Place chicken on greased grill with lid closed. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once or twice, until tender and no longer pink inside. Serves 6.
