Mediterranean Salad

  • 8 oz black olives, drained & pitted
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 8oz feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing:

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Place first three ingredients in a bowl. In a separate container, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over olive mixture and stir to combine. Serve with garlic bread.
