Special Blueberry Pie

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 cups raw blueberries

Directions

Cook 1 cup blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt and water in pot for 15 minutes, over medium heat, stirring almost constantly. Remove from heat; add margarine and remainder 3 cups of blueberries. Pour into cooked pie shell. Garnish with whipped cream when cool. (Filing may also be used in a 2 crust pie, bake as for fruit pie). Great for summer Barbeque.
