Green Bean Casserole

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (use 98% Fat Free if you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • dash pepper
  • 4 cups cooked cut green beans (See Variations)
  • 1 1/3 cups French Fried Onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix soup, milk, soy, pepper, beans and 2/3 cup onions in 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through. Stir and then sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake 5 minutes more.

Serves 6.
