Maple Mustard Salmon

  • 4 to 6 salmon steaks or fillets
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or maple butter (preferred)
  • 2 tbsp. old fashioned mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed

Directions

Mix together maple syrup, mustard and dill. Prepare grill by covering with foil. Place salmon on foil and immediately spread mixture on top of fillets and lightly sprinkle with pepper. Cook salmon until flaky (do not overcook).
