Lazy Cabbage Rolls

  • 1/2 lb. meat (ground beef)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 2 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Directions

Brown meat and onion. Drain excess fat. Add rice, cabbage, juice, water and spices. Cook, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes on medium heat.
